Program details
This idyllic stud farm is located in a picturesque landscape about 25 km outside of Santiago de Chile. It is surrounded by rolling hills and wide fields. The fresh air and tranquility of the surrounding area provide an ideal atmosphere for horse breeding and training.
Do you love thoroughbreds, their charming temperament and their stunning beauty? Can you ride and have experience with horses? Yes? Then this Farm Stay program is the right choice for you!
The focus of the stud is the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. The experienced employees dedicate themselves to the care and well-being of these noble animals with a lot of love and expertise. Here, selective breeding is used to breed horses with excellent characteristics and potential. The foals are raised from birth with the utmost care and attention to ensure their health and reach their full potential.
Jumping horses are bred and trained on the estate. The main focus is on breeding and training the animals to become tournament horses in show jumping at a world-class level. The owner attaches great importance to breeding high quality and competitive animals. There are currently 18 horses living on the farm and 4 employees looking after their well-being (the number of animals can change).
Experienced riders and trainers promote the horses' natural talents and prepare them for a successful career. The stud farm has modern infrastructure that meets the needs of the horses and employees. This includes spacious stables, training facilities, pasture areas and a modern riding stable.
The farm is marked by a unique atmosphere characterized by passion, expertise and respect for the horses.
Tasks
Experience in handling horses and riding skills are essential for this Farm Stay program. The diverse work tasks are responsible and require independent work and proactivity. The well-being of the horses is the top priority at this farm. Regular veterinary checks, a balanced diet and loving treatment ensure the animals' well-being. Your tasks also revolve around horses.
